Directions
- Massage - Blend 3 drops in 10 ml cold pressed carrier oil and massage on your chest, throat, upper back and soles
- Aromatherapy - Put 1 drop between palms. Rub palms together, cup over nose and inhale deeply with eyes closed
- Diffuse - Diffuse 3-4 drops in ultrasonic or tea light diffuser
- Sprinkle - Sprinkle 4-5 drops on very hot water and inhale the vapors
- Sniff - Place just 1 drop on a palm, rub your hands and sniff deeply
